It should only find one line indead.

Rerun Registrar Lite.
When it's done, you will see this line in the window on the right.
Select it.
Down below you see a red X. Press it and choose to delete entry and value.
Then close the program.

Panda should give you a clean result now (wanna try? ).

Download CleanUp!.
If that doesn’t work, use this link.
Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:
*Click "Options..."
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:

• Empty Recycle Bins
• Delete Cookies
• Delete Prefetch files
• Scan local drives for temporary files
• Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

Once it's done, press Close.

Let the system reboot.


The entrie that was found earlier was just a search result.

If it's not gone now, leave it. It won't harm you.

Hi!

CleanUp! 4.0 recovered 167.3 MB of disk space from 10616 files.

But when I booted and tried geekstogo I got a pop up nightmare...had to go via Yahoo...

I still have the Active Desktop Recovery background and there is still the Antivirus gold shortcut on my desktop.

Hi! I'm not able to see any difference... the Active Desktop Recovery is still there, along with the Antivirus gold shortcut, but I do not get any messages from Norton or anything.

Go to Control Panel click Display > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Website > Uncheck "Security Info" if present.

When entering Display > Desktop > Customize Desktop > I don't get the option Website > Uncheck "Security Info". I have two folders in Customize Desktop - General and Web - none of them have the option Security Info...

Can you check to see what's there under the tab 'web', uncheck or delete whatever is in there.
