Geeks to Go is one of the premiere sites on the Internet when it comes to malware detection and removal assistance. Because of the complexity of today’s malware, we ask that only those specially trained assist users in dealing with this growing problem.
In recent months, we have also been steadily increasing our ability to handle non-malware issues with hardware, operating systems and applications. Due to the more general nature of problems associated with these categories, we do not have a training program, but we have identified a number of people who have demonstrated time and again superior knowledge and skill at troubleshooting these problems.
These Staffers are designated as Trusted Techs (you will also see a variety of moderators and administrators as well as some malware experts who have dual designations).
