Please Help me I got Trojan-Spy.html.smithfraud.c on My Brand new Computer so If my dad finds about this he'll Kill Me!!!So Please Help me A.S.A.P.

Thanks, But before I try that, Can you please tell me if that is the only way to do it? If not please reply, I wanted to know if there's another way because im using my dad's operating system because the day I got my computer it got infected because i didn't install the anitvirus properly and now i cant find my original operating system CD, so if there's another way please tell me if not...

PS:Im also been infected by W32/Alemod.b.dll I was wondering if this has anything to do with the trojan-spy, I can't delete,quarantine nor clean that file.
