pc randomly shuts down

I install a new hard drive and new memory did installed Window Xp sp2 and all the
patches and everything seem to be going okay and without warning the pc reboots itself. What are some possibilities I can try to fix this problem?

did you install the cpu, or was it there previously?

If not, memory...remove/swap sticks of ram until the problem stops
