You should be able to boot using your XP Home cd.. When given the option to remove all partitions and install XP Home, use it!!

They do like to go there. 79% of the software there is fake or pirated.

dude i cant do that they told me i need to delete some partition of windowd xp professiona dont know how to do that

if you boot off of the cd it will give you the option to remove the old partition

Yes you can unless your Home version is pirated as well..
Why don't you just try.. you have more people here telling you that's the way to do it.. and, WHO told you that you had to delete the old partition first before you even try installing XP Home??

Setup cannot continue because the version of Windows on your computer is newer than the version on the CD.

That is the message you get when you use the option to "boot from the cd-rom"??
And, what is the first option you get after the "boot from cd" option??
Otherwise, you are going to need a Win98SE or WinME boot floppy and use the fdisk option to remove the NTFS partition!!
