Yahoo Voice and Audio Mixer Problems

I have tried to use Yahoo Voice.....not sure why it doesn't work....but I get
the following message:

UNABLE TO INITIALIZE YOUR COMPUTER'S AUDIO MIXER

Anyone know what my problem might be and how to fix it?
