Hi,

I am having the following problem...

During start-up, and right after the Windows XP welcome screen shows, the screen turns black and nothing else happens, so i have to shut down the puter and the same thing happens all over again. If trying to start-up in "safe mode", it will stop right after loading ...windows\system32\drivers\agp440.sys... then i have to shut down again...

Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Sounds like something is up with your graphics drivers, hard to fix if you can't get into safe mode.
