Run command on Start Menu gone

One of my friends gave me a program that tweaks XP for you, and somehow when I did that my Run command on my start menu disappeared.

Can anyone tell me how to get it back?

Right click on the task bar (big bar down the bottom of the screen) > properties > Start Menu > Customize > Tick the box 'Display Run'
