Thanks, some one already posted me that though.

Yes it seems to have gone anyways.

My question is how do i get rid of the rest of that junk listed?

Secondly, going back to my original question, why do my .rars keep corrupting???? Could it be a dodgy motherboard? Sometimes it doesnt find the hard drives on bootup. Connected?
