Please help me solve the following problem: when I would work on My Documents folder and open this the ommunicat appears: the troubleshotting occured with application explorer.exe so the FOLDER WILL BE CLOSED, SO AFTER THIS COMMUNICATE MY DOCUMENTS FOLDER IS CLOSINGS OFF, SO I AM UNABLE WORK IN THIS FOLDER.

You may have spyware or malware on your system.
