Greetings,
You told me that you have MS antispyware and spysweeper. To put it in plain simple english, they are crap.
Your system may be infected by malware. Please go here and follow all the instructions there.
Once you did that, go here and ask the experts if you have malware on your system which need to be removed.

Did you create a rescue disc for your AntiVirus program? With it, you will be able to remove a virus in safe mode if you have one.

Well, to create a rescue disk for an AV program you will need to be logged on, which you obviously can't do.

Boot up with the XP CD in the drive and let Setup run. Go past the "C" and "R" repair options by presssing Enter just as if you're doing a clean install and you'll eventually get an option to "Repair an existing installation". That's the one you want. If it asks about formatting you've gone wrong, so start over.
You'll get to keep your existing apps & settings, but you need to re-install SP2, Windows Updates & any unsigned drivers afterwards. NOTE: Be aware that you'll lose any protection from Blaster / Sasser type worms. Don't go online without a firewall, whether the built in Windows one or 3rd party.

Is this an original XP cd or a copy you or someone made for you (different setup procedure)??

Greetings Again!
Remember, if you can't reformat windows xp by yourself, just take it to a computer tech and let him to the dirty work!
