Can't connect to certian websites or programs

I can seem to connect to certian websites and to MSN and other programs. Last night i was able to, but not today. I ran hijack this and "C:\windows\system32\service.exe (file missing)" came up. I was wondering if this is a problem. heres my log file. Any help would be greatly appereciated. :tazz:
