Computer freeze up

This is post trojan infection 1429 problem.
File affected the trojan 1429 C|WINDOWS|SYSTEM32|sycnvt32.exe
X start up following dialoge box reads (explorer:this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down ) : details: explorer caused an invalid page fault in module OLE32.DLLat0167:7ff21a32
and stalls computer.
systry does not have time to open , only shows abast icon .
can open in safe mode but can do no operations, as same dialoge box appears. I have checked boot log text. no failure indicated.
can not run CD rom or hijackthis log. can not shut off by normal means
please advise
