I have tried many different things to try to get rid of this thing. Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, Norton Anti-virus, and tried to remove autostart entries from the registry (I got directions on how to do this off the internet). I also tried to delete rdriv.sys and to delete the contents of the file. I ran a hijack this and got the log file. Here it is. While i was looking around for a solution, one of the helps suggested ereasing lsass.exe because it might have been an infected file. I really don't know what i am doing, and I know just enough about computers to get into really big trouble. thanks for your help
