Hi, I had some trouble awhile back with this and never had it completely fixed because i was ok with having to run the SpSeHjfix112 once a day to get rid of it. But now I think that may have been a bad idea not to get completely rid of it because now when I click on the fix to run it it will not open. Anyways I would like some help to completely rid myself of this trouble, here is my hijack this log:

Hi Chubbs and Welcome to GeekstoGo!

Please Download SpSeHjfix112:
http://www.derbilk.de/SpSeHjfix112.zip
or
http://www.trojaner-...gi?file=sphjfix
Once downloaded,Unzip it and Make sure to Extract All Files!

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Download Pfind:
http://www.bleepingc...r/pfind-new.zip

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"
So make sure all those files remain in the same folder.

Don't use it yet!

Run SpSeHjfix112

Click on "Start Disinfection".
When it's finished it will reboot your machine to finish the cleaning process! (Make sure you Reboot back into Safe Mode!)

The tool creates a log of the fix which will appear in the new folder!
Please Save that Log,I may ask to see it!

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

Once in Safe Mode Run SpSeHjfix112 again,Rebooting back in Safe Mode again!

Run Ewido Just as Described in the link->Make sure to Save the Report!

From the Pfind Folder-> Doubleclick pfind.bat
It will scan for a while, so please be patient.
Wait till the doswindow closes.

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>OK>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!

Restart in Normal Mode and Open HijackThis and Generate a Startup List Report

Hijackthis StartUp Log:
Open HijackThis,Select Config(Bottom Right)>>>Select Misc Tools>>> Select Generate StartUpList log and make sure that both Boxes beside it are checked:

Put a check by:
List all minor sections(Full)
and
List Empty Sections(Complete)

It will produce a NotePad Page,I need you to post the entire contents of that page to the next post!

In the Next Post,I need to see the Startup list log-> The report from Ewido-> The 1st and last logs from SpSeHjfix112-> Results of PFind (C:\pfind.txt)

While I go through those, please Download and Run TrackQoo from Here

Double Click on "Track qoo.vbs"

If you Antivirus has Script Blocking, you will get a Pop Up Windows asking you what to do

Allow this Entire Script to Run,its harmless!

Wait a few seconds and a notepad page will pop up,Copy&Paste those results in the next post!

Put those Results in a Seperate Post please!

Hi, I have been busy the past couple days and I am now back ready to work on this but I have a question. First of all when i click on http://www.bleepingc...r/pfind-new.zip
it takes to a page that says 404 error page not found. Also when you first say run SpSe fix do I run that in normal mode and reboot into safe or run in safe to start with?

Hi, like I said in the first post I am unable to run SpSeHjfix112. When I click on start disinfection it gives me an error report window saying it has encountered a problem and needs to close. What should I do about this?

Try running both tools in Safe Mode for now!

You may be having some Autoexec.Bat errors.

Have you recieved any descriptive error messages, saying any files were missing or corrupt?

Hi, I was able to run SpSe in safe mode but I am unable to open the log for some reason, Ewido sort of froze halfway through the scan and stayed at 50% but I was able to run Pfind and get that log for you and HJT and get the start up list log.

Start up list log:

Theres Not a whole lot of sense continuing to try manually getting all these various infections!

There is only one way I know to do this!

Download RegSupreme Pro
http://majorgeeks.co..._Pro_d4256.html
Wait for Safe Mode to use it!

Download the Hoster from here:
http://www.funkytoad...load/hoster.zip
Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK"!!
Exit Program!

In the link below,Grinler outlines the way to download, install and Scan with Kaspersky!
http://www.bleepingc...rvs-t11662.html

Since No AV is installed that I can see, this is the best course of Action and gives you some decent protection for the next 30 Days!

If you will follow these Directions,I believe we can get some other things to work!

Now,you will want to Run Hoster just before you go to the Kaspersky Site since the Hosts File looks Corrupt as well!

Once you have Kaspersky and Have run it in Safe Mode Just as Described!

Before rebooting,Run Reg Supreme and select Aggresive Cleaning!

Also see if Ewido will finish a Scan before Rebooting!

Post back and lets see a fresh HijackThis log!

Getting to work on this as soon as I can, I have been busy again. I can report though that part of the problem seems to have gone, now to clear out the rest :tazz:
