first of all
thanks for your time
Every time windows starts i get a message from ewido like this:
The ewido security suite has found a malicious program (malware) on
your system.
file: ----.dll (a different file every time)
path: C:\WINDOWS\system32 ( every time)
infection: Spyware.look2me (every time)

I always select the CLEAN action and check the "create encrypted backup
in the quarantine" option.

When i closed the ewido's window appears this mcafee message:

C:\windows\system32\---.dll (the same file ewido just detected)
Virus name :VeryLince
This file cannot be cleaned, try to remove and restore it.

I ran Spybot, Ad-aware SE, Mcafee Virus Scan, microsoft antispyware and
get rid of many files but this Spyware.look2me is very hard to kill.
The kill2me.exe program couldn't find it on my system neither the
FxSpL2Me.exe from symantec couldn't find any traces of it.

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe.

Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop.

Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log.

Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until I ask you to.


If you recieve any error messages for CMD or Autoexec.bat>> Select Option 5 from the l2mfix and once at the Site,Click on the link that apply to your Operating System!

Double Click the file it downloads and Extract the files to its predetermined System32 folder!

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.


From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer.

After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log.

Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread!

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Scan the System with Ad Aware,remove everything it finds and delete all quaratine files!

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>OK>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!!

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here:
Kaspersky

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work!

Save the Report it generates


Download the Hoster from here:

When the DOS window closes, reboot back to normal mode.

Post the contents of C:\log.txt

and

About your question, when i scaned with l2mfix (option 2) and before the reboot i did get 3 "bad command or file name" messages at the very beginning but it was really fast and i couldn't see any more error messages, i hope that is not a problem.

i delete the files IFinst26.exe,cpuinf32.dll and d1k.exe in safe mode, then i ran cleanup!, then i scaned with ewido, i ran Hijackthis and saved the report

Thank you so much for going to the Windows Update Site and for Installing that Firewall!

I was finishing up a customers PC yesterday and was headed to the Windows Update Site and got the same dang message!

I installed Sygate first and AVG after that and that seemed to Stop All that!


Locate and Delete the Following files

C:\Log.txt

C:\win.txt

C:\windows.txt

C:\WINDOWS\system32\iMsacct.dll

Dont Empty the Recycle Bin right away just let me know that you found those and were able to Delete them!

Open up HijackThis and place a Check next to these

Make sure All Windows and Browsers are Closed and Click "Fix Checked"


Now lets choose 1 Antivirus and Stick with it!

Go to Msconfig and Disable the one you choose to lose!

If you want to Uninstall one of them all together from Add\Remove Programs,go right ahead!

I am trying to trim up the PCs load at Startup and reduce any possibilities of Conflicts!

Go ahead and give the whole drive a good cleaning!

Click Start-> All Programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> Run these 2

Disk Defragment

Disk Cleanup (Make sure that all boxes are checked for cleaning!)

Open Internet Explorer,
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select Delete Cookies and Delete Files(Check the box for Delete all offline content)

Please only run this program below about every 6 to 8 months as its an Intense Registry Cleaner!

Now locate and open RegScrubXP and Click "RegScrubXP finds Problems"
