I consulted my collegues on this.

Download SmitRem.

Put it on a disk. Go to the infected computer.

Boot that computer to safe mode.
Click File>New Task (Run) and select Browse.
Navigate to A:\ and right click>copy the smitRem folder.
Now browse to C:\ and right click\paste.
Double click the smitRem folder in C: and select the RunThis.bat file, then click Open and OK.

Let the tool run and do it's job.
