Delete all the cookie's, and see if that cure's the problem.

I do delete cookies and delete files also i clear history via tools on internet options.
I resinstalled Norton which when i done it last night it was working fine but this morning Ive come on to see how it is working and its done the same for some reason when i disable My norton (internet) it seems to allow me to open the site.
forsome reason it will allow me to open the home page for geeks but when i click to go to the forums it only allows the top info section to appear??????????
should i just run my system without Norton???
and install another AV?
I am greatfull for your help
one of the reasons i like the norton is that i can set different settings for my teenagers and young kids.
I was thinking of getting my pc reformatted should I?

Hi plaszac

Uninstall norton again the delete any file/folder it has not removed.

Let me know if that worked.

Don't see why you need to format your system.

Ive uninstalled and deleted every file for norton and symantec .
It seems to be running ok at the mo
ill get back soon with another view and ill post a new log

That is a clean HJT.log

Norton has a defence system where it repair file that have been deleted this was the problem, norton was putting the crap back.

How is the system running now.
