I ran the House call and virus scans the house call found and removed Spyware Name Spyware Type
SPYW_FPTLBAR.100 Spyware . the cleaner scan didnt show any viruses,but i can post the log if you want.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:
