I have a weird prob. Explorere is very slow switching to new pages if I type then into the explorer bar, but OK if I am clicking on hyperlinks or using stuff stored in my favorites.

I have run spybot & shredder, done a registry check/fix as well as removed all temp and backup files. Still no success.

Only recent major change was to install a HP printer, my PC is also HP.

Any ideas?

Please run a free online virus scan here (tick the "Auto Clean" checkbox):
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

And a free trojan scan here:
http://www.moosoft.com/

Reboot your PC.

If you are still having this problem then please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
