I've got this really [bleep] problem where my mouse cursor shoots uncontrollably to the top of the screen ever 2 or 5 seconds. I'm on windows ME and i recently did a registry clean up and thoguth that might have caused it but i restored the back-up and it keeps happening. So any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks

I already cleaned the insides out, so I'll try reinstalling the drivers. I'll let ya know how it went and thanks. Using the tab key sucks.

Since then I've reformatted this thing and still have the problem. but if I just plug the mouse in a little bit, kinda loosely its not as bad, but i guess i just need a new mouse.
