Im running windows ME, and I have a "System Stopped messgae on my desktop. I read a way to delete the wallpaper and the system stopped message is gone but i still cant change my wallpaper from this light blue color, i have tried dowloading wallpaper from the internet but it doesnt display. Im not to sure what software i need but im just getting annoyed with this problem, i have spy sweeper and am constantly deleting files from my scans but nothing seems to help i would sure appreciate anyones help
