About 2 weeks ago, my norton antivirus uncovered a trojan named syshe32.exe, but cannot remove it or quarantine it. It simply brings up a warning every 2-5 minutes letting me know that this is on my machine. I have the most updated Windows Update, and run my Norton often. Not sure what to do as next steps, as my computer knowledge is limited. Any assistance would be appreciated.
