Thank you for reply but exactly I do not know if I installed new softwares for ASPI, but after I checked system with adaptec the following message appeared: ASPI is not properly installed, one or more components have been replaced with older version of the software". The list of them is as follows:
WNASPI32.DLL 4.711[0]
WINASPI.DLL 4.60[1021]
ASP32 SYS 4.722[0]
WOWPOST.EXE 4.60[1021]
:tazz:
I do not know what is going on on.
Please about further step.

Dear
I had red carefully those informations, but in my circumstance they do not solute my problem althrough they are simiral. I remember half year ago I had simiral problem with the same faxing programs I wished to install then after I changed Windows XP Home on Windows XP Prof and I had found the advice that some files were lacked and according those advice I downloaded them and had written in Windows as this problem relates then to 16 bit podsystem, and then this problem was soluted but unfortunately I losted my files and instruction, which I wrote, so now I again seek the proper solution again. Thank you for your effort, please seek this both with me.
