I succesfully ran clean-up in prep for malware/spyware removal. I also ran the Winsock2Fix for Windows 98 and have lost my connection to my server. I did not have the W98 CD to insert and clicked cancel to stop the process. (I do have a W98 back-up disk) Comcast helped with diagnostics and determined it is a Winsock OS error and they can not assist in getting us back on-line.
The computer is runing much better after the clean-up program, just not able to get on-line. Please, help me undo my blunder!!!!
