Hello All,

Please bear with me since this is my first attempt at a post. I have Norton Antivirus Professional 2004 installed on my system and I have noticed that I cannot get auto-protect to load and after numberous attempts to fix it with their support I have decided to just give up. So I have 2 questions, first what steps do I need to take in order to remove Norton completely. I've read many posts indicating how hard it is to do this. Secondly, I am looking for a good new antivirus program. Can anyone recommend one? I have read up on the Shield Pro 2005 and it's rated highly. Does anyone have any experience with their AntiVirus? Thanks in advance.
