When I finish a doc and save as 'Final'...and send to a client...how do I make sure they ONLY SEE the final copy with no markups?
We have sent several docs that went around the office for revisions then 'accepted' and saved as the final copy and emailed...but the client calls back saying he is seeing all of the 'red lines', deletions, etc.
How do I make sure it is truly a final, clean copy?

Here in the office we had a similar problem but it was whenever you went to print a document, it changed some of the fields. In the help files, if you type in "Edit Fields" it will show you a walk through on how to change it.

Hope this helps.
