Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool HiJack This and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

From looking at this, the name "CWS" looks like CoolWebSearch so use this to Download the "CoolWebSearch Shredder". Click Here To Download

If this doesn't help, let us know, please post a FRESH LOG after you run this program.

I have solved problem. I was using the free version of spysweeper. The old version 3.0 I think it was. I have upgraded to the latest full version. It found 4 items I removed them, all is now ok. I don't know whether it was the old version giving me incorrect info, or not detecting everything. But all is now ok

Thanks for the help
