Hi Mag14 and Welcome to GeekstoGo!!

We are going to have to take this a step at a time and I will need you to download some tools to help us along the way!

Start by going to Add\Remove Programs and Removing these

RelevantKnowledge

Messenger Plus! 3

Next,I need you to download a few tools needed for this round!

Download WinPFind:
http://www.bleepingc...es/winpfind.php

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"

Don't use it yet!

Please Download the MWAV Scanner from Here

Unzip it to its predetermined Directory (C:\Kaspersky)

Locate "kavupd.exe" in the New Folder and Double Click to Update!

If you it says the signatures are more than 30 days old, keep trying!
Keep trying until you get the actual signatures!

When you see "Updates downloaded Successfully"

Please Press Enter to Continue and Close the Scanner for now!

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Download the Hoster from here:
http://www.funkytoad...load/hoster.zip

Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK"!
Exit Program

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

From the Kaspersky Folder-> Double Click "mwavscan.com" to Run the MWAV Scanner-> Leave the "Default Settings ticked" and add a "tick"by "Drives"-> this will light up "All Drives"-> Click "Scan Clean" to begin!

This Scan will take Several Hours or more to Complete,Depending on the Hard Drive Size!

Please be sure it is Completed before proceeding!

Once the Scan has finished,All entries Identified as Infected will displayed in the lower pane!

Highlight everything that is inside the lower pane and press Ctrl+C at the same time to Copy!

Open a Blank Notepad Page and Paste the results (Ctrl+V) to it!

Post those results back here!

Open Ewido Security Suite-> Be sure all 3 Selection are ticked and Click the Scan Button!

Clean everything it finds and Be sure to Click the Button to Save a Report!

From the WinPFind folder-> Doubleclick WinPFind.exe and Click "Start Scan"

It will scan the entire System, so please be patient!

Once the Scan is Complete-> Click "Copy to Clipboard" and Copy&Paste those Results into the next reply!

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>OK>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!

Restart Normal and post a fresh HijackThis log->Mwav Log-> Ewido log and the results of WinPFind!

Hi, I did everything you told me but when I did the scan with "Ewido", when it arrived to 100%, I had 2 messages

1)

Your system is low on virtual memory.
Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied. For mor information, see help

2)

Runtime Error!

Program:C\Program Files\ewido\security suite\securitySuite.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

When I clicked on "OK" the program closed and the icons and the "start bar" has disappeared.
So I could not save the log.

Here are the other scans.

OK,this is probably going to take a few more passes to completely clear up!

Download Pocket KillBox from here:
http://www.bleepingc...les/killbox.php
There is a Direct Download and a description of what the Program does inside this link.

Download and Unzip this Removal Tool
http://www.nod32.it/...pl?tool=AgentCS

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

After restarting in Safe Mode,Configure Windows to Show All Hidden Files and Folders, this must be done after restarting in Safe Mode!!
Here is a link to help with that:
http://www.bleepingc...showtutorial=62

Open Pocket KillBox and Click "Tools"-> "Delete Temp Files" and Follow the Prompts!

Back in Pocket KillBox and Copy&Paste the entries below into the "Full Path of File to Delete"

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.jrs
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.qfp
C:\WINDOWS\IFinst25.exe
C:\WINDOWS\VcpDLL.dll
C:\WINDOWS\CustoMess_Uninstall.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mkls.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mrkscr.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\media this third chic
C:\Documents and Settings\Magalie Richard\Application Data\List fast data
C:\Program Files\Save

As you paste each in,place a tick next to any of these selections available

"Standard File Kill"
"End Explorer Shell while Killing File"
"Unregister .dll before Deleting"
"Deltree(Include Subdirectories)"

Click the Red Circle with the White X in the Middle to Delete

Back to Killbox again-> Copy&Paste the entries Below into Killbox and place a tick by these Selections

"Delete on Reboot"
"Unregister .dll before Deleting"

C:\WINDOWS\Config\anti.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Config\anti.bak1
C:\WINDOWS\Config\anti.bak2
C:\WINDOWS\Config\anti.ini
C:\WINDOWS\Config\anti.ini2
C:\WINDOWS\Config\anti.tmp
C:\WINDOWS\Config\itna.bak1
C:\WINDOWS\Config\itna.bak2
C:\WINDOWS\Config\itna.ini
C:\WINDOWS\Config\itna.ini2
C:\WINDOWS\Config\itna.tmp

Click the Red Circle with the White X in the Middle to Delete

Click "Yes" to Confirm

Click "No" to Reboot

IMPORTANT: Just leave Killbox sitting there after you have entered the last file and Clicked "NO" to reboot!

Open HijackThis and put a Check next to these

In the previous message you wrote :

IMPORTANT: Just leave Killbox sitting there after you have entered the last file and Clicked "NO" to reboot!

I could not leave it sitting there because there was something wrong maybe, the desktop disappeared. I don't know when it happened, I was not in front on the computer. So I had to reboot before opening HijackThis.

Here is the HijackThis log

Well lets see how we did!

Run those files through Killbox again just to be sure they are all gone!

Go to MsConfig and Be sure Normal Startup has the Green Dot by it and Click Apply and Close, follow all the prompts to restart!

Restart Normal and post a fresh HijackThis log!

Have the PC Scanned here
http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm

And here as well
http://www.trendmicr...m/spyware-scan/

The Panda Scan is the one I am most interested in seeing but I would also like to know what Trend will find!

I tried to scan my computer with "The panda scan" but about I don't know, 30 minutes maybe, the window closed. I tried a second time and it did the same.
But It was ok with the Trend scan. I deleted everything it found.
