yes i have the cd. i have recently installed the service pack 2. i have read that other people have had a problem. could this be it? any help would be appreciated.

so i don't know if this helps. i am staying at a hotel for a few months and they have a wireless network. i have been on it for a while then right after all of my other problems this started too. thanks for any help.
