Welcome zackolus to Geeks to Go!

Disable SpySweeper during this advise.

Open it click >Options over to the left then >program options >Uncheck "load at windows startup".
Over to the left click "shields" and uncheck all there.
Uncheck "home page shield".
Uncheck 'automaticly restore default without notifiction".
Reverse the process when you’ve carried out the advise.

***

You are running HijackThis from its zipped archive; please create a new folder for it and unzip the program into it.

***

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

***

download the Killbox.
Unzip it to the desktop but do NOT run it yet.

***

Please download Nailfix from here:
http://www.noidea.us...050515010747824
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

***

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.co.../safemode.shtml

***

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.cmd. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4A25D449-2BAA-4426-A992-D18CA70CF5A9} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\zpm7ic.dll

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D5803A75-94E4-D765-5CDA-5E6515E89C3E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\apiyb32.dll (file missing)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [uajbzb] c:\windows\system32\bmrchjk.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wwctaqp] c:\windows\system32\godjcfx.exe r

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [hhxzl.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\hhxzl.exe /k

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Weather] C:\PROGRA~1\AWS\WEATHE~1\Weather.exe 1

O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [hhxzl.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\hhxzl.exe /k

O4 - Global Startup: Updates from HP.lnk = C:\Program Files\Updates from HP\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

***

Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.

Select "Delete on Reboot".
Place the following line (complete path) in bold in the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox:
c:\windows\system32\godjcfx.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\if0q.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
c:\windows\system32\bmrchjk.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\hhxzl.exe
Put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot"
Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.
Make sure to reboot back to save mode.

***

Run a scan using Ewido, save the log.

***

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.

***

You are still running HijackThis from its zipped archive; please create a new folder for it and unzip the program into it.

***

The infection that we are going to take on now changes names. If you look at the HijackThis log, I'm using the line in red. The others are just there for reference and are legit.
The advise is writen with that info. Do check to see if it changed names. If it did, use the new data.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CamMonitor] c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\Unload\hpqcmon.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kfxmys] c:\windows\system32\zdvcui.exe r
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Juno_uoltray] C:\Program Files\Juno6\exec.exe regrun

****

The advise:

Download Process Explorer from http://www.sysintern...ssExplorer.html

Run Process Explorer and find the Process in the list of Processes.
Select the process and click Process > Suspend.
kfxmys

Then in HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete a file on reboot...
In the explorer Window select the file
c:\windows\system32\zdvcui.exe
When prompted if you want to reboot click YES
Leave Process explorer running with the process suspended.

After the reboot check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kfxmys] c:\windows\system32\zdvcui.exe r

Then reboot and post back here with a fresh log using HijackThis.
