I can't open mt Task Manger

Hi ,
Please help me with this one...
My task manger is open only for a very short time and then it closed (by using Ctrl+Alt+Del)
i tryied to open it from c:\WINDOWS\system32 but it didn't help.
i disabled the taskmanger on the gpedit.msc but it didn't help me.
i runned xoftspy+adware softwares.

Do you have any new idea?
