Freewebs is what i always have used. - www.freewebs.com
There are alot of other if you use the magical www.google.com
And if you're worried about having a tag along with the website such as www.yoursite.FREEWEBS.com, you can go to cjb.net and get it redirected so it just says www.yoursite.cjb.net.
