Follow the steps below:
Start -> Run.
Type: services.msc.
Press <enter>

Double-click on Messenger Service to open its properties dialog, choose disabled from the StartupType drop-down menu.


It would also suggest you go Malware Forums, as the message you are getting is commanly caused my malware.
