Here are my problems. I would sure appreciate ANY advice!
1). I do not use WINAMP, do I need to have SP2 Connection Patch in my system?

2). I bought an ink cartridge from the maker of my computer. It shows that it's
full, and yet the black doesn't print. NO black AT ALL.

3). All of a sudden, every picture (even ones in ads) are all messed up. When I
try to print a pic, it's distorted too. I'm set at 800x600. Anything else just
makes it smaller and does NOT improve the picture. The pics are distorted by
small square blocks.

Also, doe anyone know of a really GOOD virus program that will ACTUALLY remove the spyware for you? Norton makes you search for the name of it on your puter, and guess what? It can never be found!

Thanks for any help you can give me.

1) Don't know about Winamp.

2) Sounds like your printer jets are plugged.

3) Sounds like your printer jets are plugged.

Bonus question) Norton is as good as any. They all are pretty much the same when it comes to doing anything with spyware... the basically all fail!

Run the printer head cleaner a few times, should solve the print problem.

Are the pictures on your screen messed up, or just the printed pics? If it's your screen I'd check for the right video driver.

I like AVG or Panda anti-virus personally. :tazz:

When you installed the black ink cartridge, you pulled the little piece of tape off of the place where the ink comes out, right?
