I do not know anything when it comes to software. I know how to turn on the computer and email. I do not know computer language. I need help getting this horrible ABI off my computer. I can't even shut down my computer it automatically re-boots itself even when I click shut down (not re-start). I have had four pop up since I started writing this! I hate it! I have tried to downlaod Ad-Aware and Ewido. I am not sure if I did it correctly. I need step by step directions please. I have windows 98. Please help me! thnak you! Ashley

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
