Make sure you have all windows updates. Windows has patched this exploit. Spybot hasn't patched it in their database, but if your windws is up to date, don't worry about. You can set spybot to ignore it.

No service pack 1a? Should get it. Here is a direct link to download Service Pack 1 from Microsoft.

If you use this you will need to go back to "Windows Updates" and get new updates for Service Pack 1.
Not sure if it is patched without the sevice pack.
