I have nothing running to start up with the computer and there are hardly any proccesses running when it turns on but yet it still takes a good 3 mins to fully start up so that I can use it without waiting for everything. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I cand do to increase the time? :tazz:

This program will put a tab in your control panel to manage everything that starts at boot. See if there is anything there that could be slowing things down. There is a registry tweak to speed up the splash screen, but let's rule out any unnecessary software trying to come on, first. Are you sure it is 3 whole minutes? Have you timed it?
