Chris appreciate your trying to help But we perfer not to use this method. We hardly trust an uninstaller from the maker of this crap, although it does seem to remove the infection it leaves behind a little something on your computer,

I recommend you go ahead and read the EUAL at the both sites that you have to go through in order to " remove it "

I think you will be surprised at what you find,
