PC Will Not Boot Up

Do you have an AGP slot, if you do the motherboard will try think gfx is there not in the pci slot.

There is no AGP slot on the Albatron PX915P Pro. It's PCI-x. But, I don't think that would be the problem. Have you tried different PCI slots?
