Need help removing ISearchTech.YSB

I have used spybot to scan my computer, but it removed everything except ISearchTech.YSB, it says its always in use even when it autoscans when i log in to my dekstop.

This is was it shows up when spybot scans.
ISearchTech.YSB or lSearchTech.YSB
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\YourSiteBar

I would appreciate the help :/

*Edit:* i found out how to remove the security warning background but i still need help with removing ISearchTech.YSB
