i am looking for a way to convert some of my freshly aquired MKV files to VCD or SVCD format to watch on my DVD player, thanx ahead of time for your help

no, not DVD< i don't have a DVD birner, just a CD burner, i need to make it so I can burn them toi VCD or SVCD, otr do you know of any DVD players that play MKV anf OGM files, cause i have heard of them, i just am having a hard time finding them
