Yes Collected is gone. I shut off an unknown process, deleted the appropriate file that the process was directed to, renamed the infected file. Deleted it and emptied the recycle bin. All is gone it seems but I do not beleive it quite yet

If you still can't download killbox,
HJT has a delete on reboot feature,
Open HJT click on Config, click on Misc tools and choose Delete File on Reboot. navigate to all the files I listed to be killed with killbox and click no to reboot until you have put in the last,

So I finished what you had said. Alot of the files you wanted removed were no longer there, hopefully that means I got them out prior to looking for them. I then went into Safe mode and ran Webroot Spy Sweeper, Spybot, adaware and cleanup none of them really found much. Spysweeper had 7 cookies, but none of them were for sites I had visited since the last clean.
I also ran a registry cleaner in hopes of getting some gunk out.
Norton still isnt functioning. I looked at the ActiveX controls and they dont look normal to me. This is the first time I have come across Security settings with on and off listed.

I got all of the Windows updates in place overnight and that went smoothly. Now the Windows Firewall will not activat so although it appears to be working fine something still is not right. I am currently working on installing a firewall, I had tried ZoneAlarm but when it was active, I couldnt access the internet, I am pretty sure I had the settings right but it has been awhile since I used that particualr program.

I got Outpost installed, it seems to be working. Everytime I try to go to a webpage it tells me some DLLs have changed. I dont think this should be the case. If it isnt maybe it is a clue.

ok I checked out the DLLs and they appear legit. I installed Outpost on my good machine and the same thing happened so that seems good.

It is tunning a virus scan now to see if anymore Trojans got in. that is how we figured out it wasnt clean Thurs night after everything seemed good Trojans kept popping up.

One thing I did notice is that ALG.exe was running even though the Firewall is malfunctioning and there is no Internet connection Sharing setup on this machine. So I shut it off for now.

Virus scan ran and came up clean

Adaware and Spybot found XXXToolbar, sextracker, OINadserve and 207.net cookies which I know I have deleted many times.

I think it is good. Here are the latest logs. The Security settings still have the funny on and off when in normal mode. Everything else is clean. I just loaded up Firefox to get around the Security issue issue. All the scans I have run have come up clean though. Still cannot run Services IE due to the ActiveX error, removed all the ActiveX components I could but I still get the error. Let me know if you can offer anymore help. If you throw up your hands I understand I about have.

Thanks for your help the other night Don.
I fixed the ActiveX and the security settings by deleting the profile and starting a new one.
The Windows Fireall still is greyed out and unusable but I tend not to use it anyway, I found a good software firewall to use.
