Please RIGHT-CLICK HERE to download Silent Runner's.
  • Save it to the desktop.
  • Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
  • You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done, let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
  • Once you receive the prompt All Done!, open the text file on the desktop, copy that entire log, and paste it here.
*NOTE* If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.

hello, when trying to run any program on my laptop, the LCD screen starts to fade and eventually freezes and locks-up the system. I cannot even use task manager, nothing works. I have to force shutdown the machine by holding down the power button. I tired hooking a CRT monitor to the laptop hoping that it would fix the problem temporarily, but no luck, the monitor freezes too. Well, I won't be able to run Silent Runner until I get the the LCD screen or a monitor to work. Any suggestions?

Click Here to download TheKillbox. Extract TheKillBox.exe from the zip file and double click it to open it up. In the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' box, copy and paste these entries one by one, clicking 'Find and Kill This File' after each one:

c:\windows\system32\ayzjerq.exe

Click 'Exit' when done.

Note: If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, download and run: http://www.javacools...ngfilesetup.exe. Then try TheKillbox again.

Next post me a fresh silent runners log, and let me know how your system is working.

I have not been able to use TheKillbox. Where is the button to click 'Find and Kill This File' ???? I am able to put the file name in the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' but then don't know what to do after that. As soon as I can figure out Killbox, I will post a fresh silent runners log. In the meantime...

I ran TrojanHunter and it stated that I may have a possible Trojan file, Suspicious: UPX-packed file in Windows System folder. Can you let me know if this is a trojan file? Thanks.

Yes you will want to get rid of that entry too. you can put this in Killbox to remove it.

After you have put the entrie file path in the box click on the button with the red circle with the White X. Sorry about that. I need to fix that part of my speech

For both of the files that you have intructed me to delete, Killbox cannot locate. When I try running Silent Runners, Windows AntiSpyware Notice does not let it run even though I select to allow the script to run. What do I do now?

ok, to run silent runners again, you can remove the windows spyware program. last I knew it was still in Beta testing anyway, so it is not 100% accurate. you can always reinstall it after we have you all cleaned up. after you run silent runners successfully, please do not reboot your computer, it sounds like the file may be changing it's name on each reboot.

Here's the latest Silent Runners report. I am still getting IE popups from www.nuker.com and casinotropez.com and others. I am assuming this is all spyware. I removed a lot of programs from my computer. Ones I know I do not use and ones I had no idea where they came from. Let me know if there is anything you see that I should use KillBox on? I also posted a HiJack report. Is there anything I should remove from there as well? Thanks.
