hello,

Ok here goes....not sure exactly whats going on but I cant seem to access some websites or links that I used to be able to. Most times I usually get an error message that says script error...would you like to keep running scripts on this page.

when I tried to open an evite from my hotmail account nothing happened, then if I right click mouse and open link on another page it tells me I have script errors and that "page not diplayed" page comes up....and on the url it says javascript something.

Any idea how I can fix this stuff??? Its driving me nuts!!

thanks!! <_<

Had a similar error in IE 6 recently, if you could post the exact error that would be useful.

I resolved my script errors by locating the offending .dll file and re-registering it.

Let us know.

Hi davejos8 and welcome to geekstogo. Sounds like Instant Access but could be wrong.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Hi to rich-m. Please do the same but start your own topic here:

I had the same errors. To get rid of them:

1. Go to Internet Options
2. Then click the "Advanced" tab at the top
3. Under the "Browsing" portion, check "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)" (if there)
4. Press OK, restart, Internet Explorer, and you'll never see another script error again <_<
