computer keeps restarting

Hey im having problems with startup on my other computer. It has Windows Xp, when i hit the power botton, it does the loading thing, and when it loading i see a blue screen and it just shuts off and restarts over again. i cant what the blue screen say cause it restarts so fast. Can anyone help plz..

You definitely should get the error message. Even if it takes a bunch of restarts, write it down word by word.

Also can you get into safe mode?

hey, i dont know u you expect to write this down , all i see it blue screen and then restarts . Oh yea tryed going safe mode but still no luck
