what backup files can be deleted in windows dir

I have over 4 gigs of files in the windows directoy on my server 2003 machine. I just upgraded to service pack 1 and need to make room on the small 8 gig hard drive. What directories are holding the backed up files from the upgrade and can be safly deleted?

I havent upgraded my Win2003 yet.
But have done so for WinXP.
In Xp its:
Hopefully its the same
