My name is Frank and it looks like I have a problem similar to that reported by girii and answered by Excal.

My Operating System is Windows 2000.

The malware or whatever will replace itself everytime I get on the InterNet. I don't need to re-boot to have this happen. I have Road Runner Hi-Speed and a Router with a Hardware Firewall. But, of course, this is no protection when a file is willingly downloaded.

The attached file shows current processes and items reported by running Hijack.exe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
