I have followed all of your instructions to a T - and I can't seem to get rid of this Bloodhound Virus - Here is my Hijackthis log - Please advise (I am really not a geek and feel lost in geek world)

I have tried a few more of the solutions you offered to other members and it seems that it took care of the virus - could you please take a look at the new Hijackthis log as well as the smitfiles and ewido logs.

Hi yasemina,

You have some more infection on your PC.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
