Random IE Pop-up windows

Pretty much: I will go into IE and the window will come up and go into my hompage as normal..but eventually, when i type in an address and move pages, another whole window will pop up...not just an ad, as i have enabled ad-blocker etc, but a full window and take me to random pages. Adaware has not stopped this, are there any other programs that could be used?

Also, anyone heard of something called "Ceres"..? It's some sort of adware thats bugging me and im havign the same problem with it as above.

"Ceres" is malware.
U should start here.
